Making sure you are completely satisfied and they are there if you have any questions or concerns.
A friendly atmosphere when you walk in. Pete was a great person to deal with. I brought my wife with me after my initial stop and she commented on how nice the showroom and the employees there were.

Brought my truck in for an oil change, truck went in fine and came out with a scratch. I know it wasn't there before hand as every day when I leave work, that part of the truck is what I see as I walk up. It's very noticeable!

We contacted Currie and spoke with Keisha about a truck we saw on their lot. A week later Keisha followed up with advice that the price was reduced and asked if we would like to come in. We came in Saturday evening and worked with Andy and the buying process was very simple and straight forward. This service center is top notch the only issue I have is even when you make a appointment your there 2 to 3 hours. My suggestion is maybe not over book. Bob your guy in the service department is a gem your guys eho service the cars are so knowledgeable their great. Another suggestion is seeing people sit so long waiting for their car you should put in a charging station for phomes like they do at hospital waiting rooms not one but 2 thank you

Service advisors are very courteous and very good at taking the time to explain any issues which they may find. If issue is going to take a long time they will offer a free ride home and then deliver my vehicle to me when done. Service times are generally quick unless another issue is found.

I got to Currie 15 mins before they opened. I was planning on waiting. However, Joe, my service advisor, came out to the lot and invited me in. He had my car inside and wrote up the order and had me out the door before they even opened. It worked out perfectly, as I had to drive my wife to work and my daughter to school.
