Patient group. Sales team didn't push hard, recognizing I wasn't looking for a fast closing. When I returned a few days later, they still were not pushing to close the purchase even though the car I was reviewing was no longer available. Miree showed me an alternative Explorer within the same price. The entire team stayed throughout the purchase process and found additional incentives for the purchase.
Pete provided phenomenal service and answered all our questions. He made our daughter feel confident and took extra time to ensure her familiarity with our new car and all it had to offer. As parents, we appreciated the extra attention to safety features and left without any regrets. We will certainly be doing business again with Pete at Currie Ford Motors!

Took the truck for oil change, wheel alignment, do the recall they been trying to get done for motnhs now, check why the ac isn't working properly, and to check ignition switch why isn't springing back in place. Despite having documented terms, the dealership failed to honor the agreement and repeatedly delayed or avoided resolution. Their communication was inconsistent, and I had to escalate multiple times just to get basic answers. After researching further, I learned that similar issues have been reported by other customers, which unfortunately aligns with what I experienced. Buyers should be cautious and ensure every promise is in writing.
